Talking Leadership
Leadership Oconto County is a subsidiary of TEDCOR and is based in Oconto. The goals of the leadership program are to build a pool of citizens with broad knowledge of the ideas, issues and concerns faced by our local communities, expose future leaders to the gems, movers and shakers, and needs for improvement in Oconto County and to encourage our participants to take leadership roles in employment, civic organization and/or their community government.
Participation in Leadership Oconto County is open to the general public living and working in and around Oconto County. Our participants represent a diverse perspective and variety of experience. The melding of individuals into a focused team over the year is a very rewarding experience.
