Leadership Oconto County is a ten month (one day per month) program consisting of workshops, seminars, discussions, and tours. Each session will focus on an issue in the community and an aspect of leadership development. Practical learning is emphasized – not a full day of lectures. Each participant will become involved in a community-based project – the laboratory part of learning.

Tuition

The cost of Leadership Oconto County is $600 per person. The tuition covers the costs of all sessions including educational materials, meals and breaks, bus transportation on field trips, and graduation. Limited scholarships are available based on financial need. Tuition is often paid by the participant’s employer. Some employers expect individuals to personally contribute a percentage of the fee.
