All classes are held the first Thursday of the month with a weather date of the 2nd Thursday. Classes run from 8:00 or 8:30 until 4:00 each session and are located in various places in Oconto County.

LOC is dedicated to cultivating current and future leaders. Each year, a new class of business and community leaders are selected to spend nine months learning about the area, developing their leadership skills, and working on a class project to benefit local communities.
